HOW TO BOOK

Online booking is currently not available as I would prefer to discuss your needs before taking your money!

Sessions are usually carried out by Zoom - other video services such as Facetime can be used if you prefer.

Initial appointment: the first appointment is free and will allow us to explore the issues you would like to address and make a plan.

Individual sessions are £40 each - on average each session will last an hour, but may be shorter or longer depending on the topic/s being dealt with.

Block Booking:  I recommend a block booking of four sessions - issues can be complex and take some time to resolve.  Sessions can be tiring and this will limit how much we can do - this is always guided by the individual.

SPECIAL OFFER:  Book and pay for three sessions in advance and receive the fourth session free of charge.

Other plans: can be discussed if required, depending on your requirements.
